CASE STUDY:

CHELSEA BLISSETT x STYLE TRACKHER

PORTFOLIO INVESTMENT — UNITE holds an equity stake in Style Trackher.

PHASE 1 — DISCOVER

We identified the gap.

Female athletes have always been underserved by sports tech. Chelsea Blissett had the insight, the credibility, and the audience. We helped her turn a performance problem into a product opportunity.

What we mapped:

  • The real problem: no GPS-integrated sports bra built for female performance

    • Chelsea’s personal brand and athlete credibility as the unfair advantage

      • AIS female performance research alignment as validation

        • Revenue pathway: direct-to-consumer + wholesale + brand partnerships

      • Outcome: Clear product thesis. A founder who knew exactly what she was building and why it would win.

  • PHASE 2 — BUILD

We built the brand and the business structure.

  • Co-developed the Style Trackher brand identity

    • Supported product development roadmap (Vol 1, Vol 2, Vol 3 with heart rate monitor)

      • Built the content and social strategy around Chelsea’s personal brand

        • Structured UNITE’s equity partnership

      • Outcome: A real product company — not just an athlete with a logo.

  • PHASE 3 — MONETISE

We put skin in the game.

  • UNITE took an equity stake — this is a portfolio investment, not a client engagement

    • Vol 3 (with integrated heart rate monitor) in development

      • Positioning: performance tech meets female equality in sport

        • Distribution strategy built around female sport communities + retail partnerships

      • Outcome: Style Trackher is live, growing, and backed by UNITE as a long-term equity partner.
